Mary Winona (Minnie) Hendrick Hotchkin
Mary Winona Hendricks was born on 27 September 1866 at Hagar, Berrien Co., MI. The family always knew Mary as Minnie. Her parents were Talma C. Hendricks and Electa O. Hoadley. Talma was born in Ohio and Electa in Vermont. Talma was an early genealogist and collected a great deal of information on his family but very little on the Hotchkin family even though he lived with his daughter much of his later life. Franklin and Minnie were married in Hagar by Rev C. S. Lester of the First Baptist Church of Benton Harbor. The Compiler has used Talma's notes and his own research to publish much of the William Hendrick Genealogy.
