Eli Farnham Hendrick Dr

Eli Farnham Hendrick Dr was born on 9 September 1824 at Guilford, Chenango County, NY, USA.1 He was the son of Leontes Hendrick and Zilpha Farnham. He married Maria B. Stevens on 27 November 1851.1 Eli Farnham Hendrick Drserved in 1st CT HA & 15th CT Infantry, during the Civil War. He died on 27 September 1877 at Danbury, Fairfield County, CT, USA, at age 53.1,2 He was buried at Wooster Cemetery, at Danbury, Fairfield County, CT, USA.

In the yellow fever epidemic at Newberne, NC, which occurred in the autumn of 1864, he distinguished himself for the extent of the services that he rendered, both in the General Military Hospital and among the citizens. Thirteen hundred died of the disease and 9 army surgeons. He was the last one to take the disease and for 2 weeks his life wad despaired of but he finally recovered.1

He studied for the ministry at Chicago University and served in the Baptist Church at the following locations: Three Oaks, MI 1872, Stoughten, WI 1873- 1876, Hartford, MI 1876- 1878, Pewamo, MI 1878- 1880, St Clair, MI 1880- 1881, Midland, MI 1884- 1886, Bad Axe, MI 1887, Rochester, MI 1888. He was an invalid from March 1889 until his death. He was a Republican.1

Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Finkbeiner, 91, of Owendale will be held Wednesday at 1:00 o'clock at Little's Funeral Home, Cass City.
Mrs. Finkbeiner died Monday, Sept. 15, at Provencial House in Cass City after a short illness.
Born May 23, 1895, in Elmwood township, she was the daughter of Orson and Frances (Downing) Hendrick.
Miss Hendrick and Gordon Finkbeiner were married July 24, 1918, in Caro. The couple made their home in Flint and moved to the Gagetown are in 1930 and to Owendale in 1950. Her husband died April 20, 1951.
Mrs. Finkbeiner is survived by one son, Everett Finkbeiner of Redford; 2 daughters, Mrs. Vivian Agar of Owendale and Mrs. Francis Goslin of Gagetown; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 step-great-grandchildren; and 3 step-great-great-grandchildren.

Fannie Finkbeiner
Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Finkbeiner, 91, of Owendale will be held Wednesday at 1:00 o'clock at Little's Funeral Home, Cass City.
Mrs. Finkbeiner died Monday, Sept. 15, at Provencial House in Cass City after a short illness.
Born May 23, 1895, in Elmwood township, she was the daughter of Orson and Frances (Downing) Hendrick.
Miss Hendrick and Gordon Finkbeiner were married July 24, 1918, in Caro. The couple made their home in Flint and moved to the Gagetown are in 1930 and to Owendale in 1950. Her husband died April 20, 1951.
Mrs. Finkbeiner is survived by one son, Everett Finkbeiner of Redford; 2 daughters, Mrs. Vivian Agar of Owendale and Mrs. Francis Goslin of Gagetown; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 step-great-grandchildren; and 3 step-great-great-grandchildren.
