She married Seth Hotchkin at East Branch, Delaware County, NY, in 1865. She married Luther B. Hotchkin at Liberty, Sullivan County, NY, USA, in 1876. Fanny Twaddell appeared on the census of 1880 at Liberty, Sullivan County, NY. The census lists the family as: Luther B. Hotchkins, Self, age 38, farmer, born in NY, father born in CT, mother in NY; wife Fanny, age 42, born in Ny, keeping house, parents born in NY; dau, Evaline, age 12, born in NY; son Gurden, age 10, born in NY; son George L., age 4, born in NY; other, Phebe Benton, age 24, born in NY, domestic servant. The census, of course is incoreect, Seth and Gurden are sons of seth Hotchkin.. She died in 1895 at NY, USA. Gravestone says 1895.. She was buried at Granton Cemetery, at Cannonsville, Delaware County, NY, USA. They were removed from Granton Cemetery for the Cannonville Reservoir and moved to East Branch Cemetery. She is described as Malcolm's grandmother in the cemetery removal lists..

Harold was born to the late Peter and Ellen (Nevin) Umlor.
He served in the Navy during the final years of WW II.
Harold was married in Boyne City on June 10, 1950 to Esther A. Penfold, and she preceded Harold in death in 2004. The couple moved to Houghton Lake from Freeland over 36 years ago. Harold was a Sales Manager for Oven Fresh Bakery for many years. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. Harold was an avid golfer, Tigers and Lions Fan, and an excellent Bridge player.
He will always be remembered as an excellent father with his warm and gentle spirit which attracted young people to him for nurturing and advice, and he loved to work with young people.
Mr. Umlor is survived by one son, Steve(Gretchen) Umlor of Colleyville, Texas; two daughters, Sandra (Rick) VanAntwerp of Grand Rapids, and Deborah Umlor of Grayling; 6 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Gothro of East Jordan, Sue Agar of Ossineke, and Alice Schneeberger of Diamondale; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Marilyn Hammond.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents: wife, Esther; sisters, Dorothy VanEpps, and Ethel Smith; and brothers, Lester, Eugene, and Carl.
Funeral services for Mr. Harold Umlor were conducted Tuesday April 12, 2011 at St. John Lutheran Church with Rev. William Winter officiating.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make memorial donations in Harold's memory are asked to direct them to St. John Lutheran Church.
