Besides his daughter, Mrs. O'Neill, survivors include five other daughters, Mrs. Arthur Guile, Mrs Fred Woodruff, Mrs. Delbert Southworth, and Mrs. Earl Sant, all of Fulton, and Mrs. Eliza Welch of Syracuse; two sons, George Bayley and Arthur W. Bayley, both of Fulton, and one sister Miss Sarah Bailey of Bradford, England. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Southworth home, with burial in Mt. Celia died at the home of her son, Rev. L. R. S. Ferguson. She had been living with him since 1900 due to failing health.. She was buried at Evergreen Cemetery, at El Paso, Woodford County, IL, USA.

     At the time of the 1870 census, Celia is living in El Paso with Ernest and another son Lloyd, age 2, also listed as Hotchkin. In 1900 she is living in Peoria, IL as Celia H. Hodge (a widow) with Lloyd Hotchkin, born May, 1870. Lloyd can not be the son of Eber as Eber died in 1865.

     William and his wife Caroline first appear in the Census records of 1850 for Jackson, Brown Co, OH. The records show that William is a farmer with real estate valued at $1,000. By 1860, they moved to Pleasant Ridge, Livingston Co, IL. He is still a farmer with real estate valued at $1,000.
     William and Caroline are documented in two books on the history of El Paso. William purchased Lot 12, Block 44, on Oct 20, 1856 from George L. Gibson, a co-founder of the town. On this lot he erected a house, the first to be completed in El Paso. The house was destroyed by fire in 1890, but a new house was built on the same site. Caroline was living in this house in 1896.
     Caroline was listed in the 1870 Census of El Paso as head of household, living with daughter Tamsen.
     When Caroline died she left her property to her children and her pastor at the Methodist Episcopalian Church. In 1896 the property at 198 South Walnut street was listed as the home of her daughter Celia Hodge.I is possible that Latetia and Celia Ann had another mother as Internet Postings give the 1834 marriage date and there is a break in births between Celia Ann and Tamsen.
