The son of Josiah & Eunice WEBB Lasell, he married, (1) Dorcas CONANT, 25 Oct 1831, Eaton, Madison, NY, USA; & (2) Cynthia FREEMAN, 9 Jun 1872, Topeka, Shawnee, KS, USA, perhaps the daughter of Eri B. & Harriet Freeman. I have found no children of his 2d marriage.

There is no futher information on Hiram, but this is likely Heman. According to the Brewster papers, Ophelia married again to Gilbert Edwin Oatman on 29 June, 1866.

The family would like to express a very special thank you to all the doctors and nurses at Carelink for all the wonderful care that they gave to their Dad. Don is survived by Daughters, Mary West of Jackson, Sarah Washburn of Parma; Son, David (Kristi) Laird of Jackson; (8) Grandchildren; Sister, Ila Mae Lagow of Parma. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a son Danny. Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, January 7, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan 49224. Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jeremy Williams officiating. Burial of the Cremains will be at the Pherdun Cemetery in Sandstone Township. She was the daughter of Satts Lamoreaux and Marietta Bullard. She married Frederick R. Hotchkin at Hancock Twp, Delaware County, NY, USA, on 2 August 1896. They were married 3 years at the 1900 census.1 Anna Lamoreaux died on 13 August 1931 at Honesdale, Wayne County, PA, USA, at age 64. Anna L Goodall in Death Certificate.2
At the 1900 census, she and her husband called Red Hotchkin are living with her mother Marietta Lamoreaux, Marietta is age 68, Red in age 38, and Anna is age 25. The family lived on Buckley St., Liberty, NY. The mother's name seemed to be Marietta Lamorex, born Jul 1831, age 68, widow, born NY, parents born NY. The proper surname seems to be Lamoreaux or Lamareux.
In 1931 she and husband Frederick R. Hotchkin are living in Bridgeport, CT.
