     The Morrisville NY Madison Observer, dated February 4 1885 carried a Will probate of Fally Simmons that gave a lot of information that helped in locating Hotchkin and Simmons relatives and filled in the middle name of Otis S. Hotchkin of Maryville, MO.

     Her obituary says that she graduated from the Hartford Hospital School of Nursing and then got a Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston University. She was an active member of the Grace Episcopal Church in Newington.
