Chris is survived by two sons, John Russell Edwards and William Steven Jeffcoat; one daughter, Joy Jeffcoat Edwards; six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Chris was dearly loved by them all. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson and a member of the Lewis Life Group Class.
Chris was preceded in death by a daughter, Marilyn Younger; a grandson, Scot Edwards; a brother, James Scott, and two sisters, Rachel Chester and Nell Bilbrey.
Chris and Clyde enjoyed life as they traveled in Spain, London, Rio De Janeiro, Hawaii, San Francisco and across the United States.
A graveside service will be held at Ridgecrest Cemetery on Monday, June 27, 2011 at 11 a.m. Friends and family are invited.
