They are still in Richford at the 1870 census but she is called Maria.. He died in 1874 at Franklin County, VT, USA. He was buried at East Berkshire Congregational Cemetery, at East Berkshire, Franklin County, VT, USA.

     At the 1850 census the family is listed as McCallister and at the 1860 census they are McAllister.

Hotchkin at Klamath County, OR, USA, on 16 September 1916. Marriage date found in Oregon Marriages 1906- 1920.. William Nickless McClure appeared on the census of 1920 at Klamath Agency, Klamath County, OR, USA. The census lists the family as: William N. McClure, 66, born MO, father born KY, mother born MO, night watchman sawmill; wife Fannie D., 45, born OK, father born US, mother born OH.. He and Fannie (Fay ) E. Hotchkin were divorced between 1920 and 1924 at Klamath County, OR. He was married at the 1920 census and divorced at the 1930 census.. William Nickless McClure died on 16 August 1937 at Harlingen, Cameron County, TX, USA, at age 84.1 He was buried at Raymondville Memorial Cemetery, at Raymondville, Willacy County, TX, USA.

     We know of this marriage because the marriage is recorded and Fanny conducted a real estate transaction under this name.
First and middle names are found in the Oregon Marriages 1906-20. He was the son of Daniel McClure and Jane Levisa according to his TX Death Certificate.
